The customer authorizes CPL to use the contractual collaboration for advertising purposes, including, but not limited to, on the CPL website or social media (“testimonial use”).
Crpyto Partner Lenz (CPL) offers its clients coaching on how to use crypto technologies. The coaching includes information, advice, and support on questions related to crypto technologies.
CPL expressly states that the coaching services do not constitute investment advice within the meaning of the Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) or other relevant regulations. The coaching is based on the coaching provider’s experience and knowledge in the field of crypto technologies.
The client indemnifies CPL against any claims, demands for damages, or lawsuits from third parties arising from the use of crypto coaching.
CPL assumes no liability for any events whose outcome CPL cannot influence, including, but is not limited to, financial success related to the use and trading of crypto technologies.
CPL assumes no liability for incorrect transmission of crypto technologies by/to the customer or the loss of keys, passwords, wallets, etc.
